The sub is bad but not that bad....Atleast it is understandable. On Y0utube and the subs were pretty complicated there. So yeah these subs are kept as simple as possible. I compared both of them and concluded that there is no major difference. Just that the subs on Y0utube is very accurate + somehow complicated and here it is simple as the sense they make is same.

The subs were way worse some years back... This is on Netflix actually, anyways, I just think you should know that the Donghua follows it's own original storyline and ending, if ever, try the Novel

Also, The Daily Life of the Immortal King has a Season 2, I don't think it's subbed yet though as it's expected to release some time in 2022, on Netflix for that matter, but surely on Gogo as well

Pronouns are all the same in Chinese. Him, her, he, she are all 'ta'.
In other words, either the translator doesn't know crap about English or it was translated online.

Exactly. One of the biggest error's I'd encounter is the mixing up of pronounce. Even my best students would mix up he and she on occasion and quickly correct themselves.
